Karl Lenton was classically trained as a pianist and cellist, at the same time growing up playing Popular, Jazz and Funk music in bands at school and at Music College. Writing and arranging music for solo artists and instrumentalists, he toured Greece and Portugal with the International Youth House Project as Musical Director from 1995-2001, including regular appearances at the Corinth Music Festival (Greece).
His music draws inspiration from many musical currents, and includes songs, instrumental and chamber works. He is currently working on a modern piano tutor method and a series of studies for the student pianist.
