Tuition for all ages & abilities - it's never too late to learn -

Whether you are a complete beginner or started learning to play in the past and wish to continue lessons, tuition is for everyone.  Students range from young children (8+) to the elderly, and each student receives a tailor-made programme of study to suit their needs.

Daytime and evening lessons available, including home visits -

Many students prefer to receive tuition in the comfort of their own home, on a familiar instrument.  Therefore, home visits can be arranged for both daytime and evening lessons, at no extra charge.

Learn purely for pleasure or enter grade examinations -

For those who wish to take piano examinations, the Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music offer a progressive exam structure starting with the Preparatory Exam, through grades 1 to 8, and beyond to Diploma Level.  However, whilst the exam system is an excellent incentive to assist in study, tuition is for everyone - with the emphasis on the enjoyment of playing.  Many students play just for fun and a wide range of musical styles are taught, from Classical to Popular.

Fully qualified, experienced teacher -

A teacher of piano since 1993, Karl Lenton has taught in Leicestershire and the West Midlands, and held positions as teacher of piano and music theory for the Midlands Arts Centre and Hydesville Tower School, West Midlands.  He also coaches G.C.S.E and A' level music students and is an accomplished cellist.  Karl is a full member of the Musicians Union.
